Susan Carr is the South Central Family Engagement for The Arc TN. She has been with The Arc TN for the past 3 years and provides training for parents and school districts on Special Education topics. Prior to her work with The Arc TN, Susan was a Special Educator with a focus in the area of Transition. She received her B.S. in Comprehensive Special Education from MTSU in 2014. She is currently working on her M.ED with a focus in Differentiated Instruction as related to Visual Impairments. In her spare time, Susan and her husband, Jim, enjoy spending time with their two daughters traveling, gardening, and spending time on the lake.
