Rachel Fields is a Nashville native, born in and raised in South Nashville. After a cancer diagnosis in 2002, she became her mom’s primary caregiver. During this time, she realized the importance of “caring for the caregiver”. After attending Middle Tennessee State University and Nossi College of Art, she began working at a startup healthcare company. Being a startup, she often took on tasks for other departments, including HR. Fifteen years later, she is now the People & Culture Manager at Adventure Science Center. Rachel enjoys spending her free time traveling, attending concerts, and spending her time with her two nephews, Cooper and Campbell.
